Brent loved the Saxiphone and was quite active in the band. Years later he got wanted to do something and couldn't extract the money from his parents - so he sold it. Probably for outdoor gear or trips!

This is the band Brent was in in High School (see him front far right)

Then he went off for a trip to Australia via Hawaii. Duane missed this trip because he rolled Gloria's car and had to pay it off - but he was also 20 years old and was wanting more independance.

In Australia Brent visited a petting Zoo where we got to feed and tussle with Wallabies (small Kangaroos).

Here he tempts his fate by offering food from his mouth - a dangerous stunt!

Here is Brent off Fitzroy Island in the Great Barrier Reef. Brent went snorkelling and did some bouldering all while pretending not to see topless women on the beach. Gloria teased him about them and suggested she also take her top off. Brent was not amused.

In Australia, Brent was 'given his wings'. He flew up to Darwin by himself and met up with some university students. They were dropped in middle of the outback and had to walk for 14 days through the desert with only one food drop. Two of his adventures include almost stepping on a Death Addar - one of Australia's deadliest snakes, and eating the abdomons of sweet ants: he would squeeze the ant and suck the sweet innards out then discard the shell.
